Return & Refund Policy

At Niya Fashion, we value our customers and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us at [Niyafashion24@gmail.com]. A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched/shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, opt for our Return/Exchange process once the item is delivered. 

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Timeframe: We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

Items sold during a "Clearance Sale" or "Final Sale" may not be eligible for returns (unless defective). 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Innerwear/Lingerie.

Jewelry and Accessories.

Custom-made or personalized clothing. 

4. Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. We will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as Store Credit or via Bank Transfer (you will need to provide your bank details securely). 

5. Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, Niya Fashion will bear the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For general returns (size issues or personal preference), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges or a nominal pickup fee.
